Are your pillow covers handmade?

Yes! All LT Living Co. pillow covers are handmade with care and attention to detail.

Are your pillow covers made to order?

Yes. Each pillow cover is made to order, meaning it is handmade after your purchase is placed.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Does my order include a pillow insert?

No. This listing is for the pillow cover only. Pillow inserts are not included.

What closure do your pillow covers have?

Most of our pillow covers feature a zipper closure for a clean, polished look and easy insert removal.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer select sizes such as:

18 x 18
20 x 20

Size availability may vary by fabric and color.

How do I choose the right size?

For a fuller, more “luxury” look, we recommend using an insert that is 1–2 inches larger than your pillow cover size.
Example: For an 18x18 cover, use a 20x20 insert.

How do I care for my pillow cover?

Care depends on the fabric type:

Cotton Pillow Covers

Machine wash cold on gentle
Use mild detergent
Do not bleach
Lay flat to dry (recommended)

Faux Fur Pillow Covers

Spot clean recommended
If machine washing: cold + gentle
Air dry only
Fluff gently after drying

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (made-to-order processing time), plus shipping time based on the carrier selected at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help.

Will the color look exactly the same in person?

We do our best to show accurate colors, but lighting and screen settings may cause slight differences.
Each handmade item may also have small natural variations, which makes your piece unique.
