Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without contacting us first

Color & Handmade Variation Notice

We do our best to display product colors accurately, but lighting and screen settings may cause slight differences.
Because each item is handmade, minor variations may occur and are considered normal.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if production has not started.
